Core tasks:

  • Order acceptance and checking (clarification of deviations internally and externally, loading into the ERP system, delivery date coordination, creation of order confirmation, etc.).

  • Monitoring customer portals (data maintenance, order acceptance and checking, etc.)

  • Carrying out communication with the customer (update on production progress, clarification of deadlines and feasibility in cooperation with the specialist epartments,etc.)

  • Invoicing of customer orders incl. advance payment transactions

  • Master maintenance in the ERP system

  • Preparation of commission statements

  • Carrying out the preference calculation

Further tasks:

  • Representing customer expectations and contractual obligations to the specialist departments

  • Participation in audits

  • Support with reporting

  • Spport for project activities

  • Support for export license business

  • Support in processing inquiries from existing and new customers in the aftermarket area

  • Receiving customer complaints and supporting the quality department

  • Continuous improvement

  • Support Outside Sales in the recording and invoicing of development orders

Requirements:

  • Relevant vocational training of at least 3 years in the commercial sector or comparable knowledge

  • Knowledge of Part 21 / Part 145

  • Knowledge of business requiring export licenses

  • Knowledge of ERP system and CAQ

  • Knowledge of EN9100

  • Knowledge of human factors

  • Communication and organizational skills

  • Reliability

  • Independent way of working

  • Assertiveness Enjoy dealing with customers

  • Fluent in written and spoken English

  • Knowledge of Italian is a plus
