Job Title: Construction SuperintendentJob Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Superintendent to oversee on-site safety compliance and manage daily activities for construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ground-up construction and excavation, with a focus on fostering a positive work environment and mentoring team members for career growth.

Responsibilities

• Ensure on-site safety compliance with policies and project-specific plans.

• Schedule and coordinate daily activities, including subcontractor work and deliveries, to align with the project timeline.

• Communicate productivity expectations for self-performed tasks and monitor adherence.

• Foster a positive work environment and effective work habits.

• Mentor foremen to enhance their leadership and managerial skills for career advancement.
