Providence Place of Lancaster Associates Resident Life Associate/Caregiver in Lancaster, Pennsylvania
*Providence Place of Lancaster *is seeking Resident Life Associates to help improve the quality of life of our residents. Our RLA's / caregivers assist our residents with care, companionship, activities, & their dining experience. We are an assisted living community & our residents range in care levels from Independent Living (needing little or no assistance) to Personal Care (needing some help with dressing, bathing or mobility). We also service residents with memory impairment in our specially designed dementia neighborhoods.

Starting at $15, but can go as high as $16.50
*Plus an increase after successfully completing the training & 60 day evaluation process
Full Time: Personal Care / Caregivers - 12 Hour Shifts! ONLY work 14 Days / month!
- 6:00am -- 6:00pm
- 6:00pm -- 6:00am - Plus $2 Shift Differential!
- Work 3 Days 1 week / 4 Days the next
- Must be able to work EOW/EOH

PER DIEM / PRN *positions also available!
* Minimum Qualifications*
- High School diploma or GED required
- Have Prior Experience working with Seniors / Dementia Residents
