Experienced Plumber in Lancaster, PA

Pay Rate : $25-$30/hour (based on experience)

Location : Lancaster, PA (Project involves converting a hospital into apartments)

Project Duratio n: Approximately one year (currently in the beginning phases)

Job Description : We are seeking an experienced plumber and pipefitter to work on commercial job sites in Lancaster, PA, with projects extending to Harrisburg, PA. Our company operates throughout the south-central PA region.

Responsibilities:

• Install plumbing systems and piping on commercial construction projects.

• Work on both new construction and renovation projects.

• Maintain and repair plumbing systems and components.

• Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications.

• Ensure all installations meet safety and building code requirements.

• Install fixtures and perform underground work (water lines, sewer lines).

Essential Skills:

• Proven plumbing experience

• Proficiency in piping installation

• Experience in commercial construction

• Strong mechanical aptitude

Pay and Benefits:

• Pay Range: $20.00 - $30.00/hour
