Job Title: Project Manager

Job Description

The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for leading and guiding the design and implementation of land development projects. Services are delivered both as an individual contributor and by effectively leading, managing, and coaching a team of skilled professionals and technicians.

Hard Skills

• Landscape architecture or civil engineering experience

• 7-10 years of land development

• Permitting experience

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture or Civil Engineering or equivalent experience

• Broad proficiency in all key areas of technical design and project management

Work Environment

40+ hours per week, Monday thru Friday, hours may vary depending on project needs, municipal meetings or other project activities
