Job Description
A day in the life…
Be all about your team from recruiting, hiring, and training, to developing and motivating them
Create a solid business plan that enables your team to work together to maintain and achieve sales and service goals
Lov e technology – train and educate employees on tools that make the customer experience quick, easy, and fun
Rally the team to help maintain accurate inventory management
Be t he teacher by training and educating employees on shrinkage and unit variance, as necessary
Effectively manage office and labor expenses

A proven track record of developing, planning and executing business strategies to maximize opportunities
Strong people, organizational and d elegation skills as well as follow-through and the ability to juggle competing priorities
