Staffing Service USA HVAC Customer Service Rep - Hybrid - Lancaster, PA, Salary + Commissions! in Lancaster, Pennsylvania
*We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Call Center Rep for a hybrid schedule position in Lancaster, PA! *
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary, commissions, 401K, paid time off (PTO) and benefits!
*Hybrid *work schedule available after training is complete and the employee receives a positive evaluation. (Hybrid schedule consists of three days working remotely and two days working in the office).
The HVAC Customer Service Rep will be responsible for the following duties:
- Respond promptly to customer calls, texts and emails with a professional and friendly demeanor
- Log all call information into the computer system
- Process customer payments
- Follow up calls/emails with customers
- Communicate with different departments to ensure that the customers needs are being met
- Work an on-call rotation that consists of some evening and weekend remote work
The Call Center Customer Service Rep MUST meet the following requirements:
- 2+ years experience working in a call center or customer service role with heavy call volume
- Ability to work independently and also as a member of a team
- Self-motivated
- Customer-service oriented with a friendly and warm demeanor
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong data entry and typing skills
