The Performance Group 3rd Shift Swiss Machine Operator in Lancaster, Pennsylvania
The Performance Group is looking for an experienced Swiss Machine Operator on 3rd shift! Previous related work history and a solid resume are required.
Schedule and pay:
- 3rd Shift Sunday through Thursday: 10:00pm to 6:30am | $22/hr
- Must be willing to get trained on 1st or 2nd shift.
Responsibilities:
- Expected to program, set up, and operate Swiss Machinery.
- Assist with quality checks to confirm materials meet expected standards.
- Must know how to read and follow through blue prints.
- Commitment to provide precise attention to detail.
- Ability to understand and utilize installed computer equipment.
- Change tooling, collets, bar loaders, and others materials.
Qualifications:
- Must be fluent in English.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Strong math skill is required.
- Computer literacy is required.
- CNC knowledge and CNC programming is required.
- Manufacturing experience required.
- Previous related experienced is required.
