MOW-OAAFC, Inc. Temporary Route Support Team Member in Lancaster, Ohio
Enjoy helping others? Want to help make an impact on the Senior Citizens in our community? Meals on Wheels- OAAFC is seeking a Temporary, Part time Route Support staff member.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Assist the Route Support Manager and Meals on Wheels delivery staff to ensure timely, accurate, and safe meal delivery
- Daily interaction, encouragement, support, and assistance for all Home Delivered Meal Volunteers
- Utilize data software program ServTracker to complete tasks, to include:
- Data entry
- Maintaining accurate daily records
- Pull reports, as needed
- Print route sheets, as needed
- Monitor dashboard and respond to driver messages
- Call clients and emergency contacts, as needed
- Verify tablet information is complete and accurate
- Assist with Ensure program and other programs as necessary
Other duties that may be assigned to ensure the agency mission is fulfilled
REQUIREMENTS
Proficient with computers
Ability to bend, lift, and carry items weighing up to 35 pounds
Schedule will be Monday-Friday 9am-2pm
