Job Title Production Coordinator Plant/Location Lancaster, OH 43130 US (Primary) Job Type Hourly Category Administrative / Clerical Career Level Entry Level Education High School Education/GED Job Accountabilities Job Summary This position provides support to the plant production scheduler with a variety of tasks within the Mill Park manufacturing facility. Duties and Responsibilities Support the plant scheduler in keeping inventories of finished goods, coils, raw plate, and WIP as it relates to production planning for the Stamping and Decorating departments. Update and maintain products database in Ultra Plus Coordinate raw material planning and ordering in AS400 of the following commodities: Stretch wrap, Hand stretch wrap #9 polybags for bag inserters, #23 hand insert bags Labels for boxes Thermal transfer ribbons Move Ticket Forms Carton sealing tape #9 Cartons, #23 Cartons and layer sheets Coating, Ink, Press Plates, Bogus pads, Paper tape, Plate skids Meet with vendors for raw materials as needed. Publish Cut, Coat & Print monthly Support plant floor in AS400 label printing and handle issues when needed. Enter Production into AS400 Back-up Plant Buyer in coordinating the usage and supply and ordering of office supplies. Back-up Plant Buyer with inventory and organize office supplies. Other duties as assigned Job Requirements Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Individual must be organized and have the ability to multitask The individual needs to be detail-oriented, have the ability to meet deadlines and be proficient with accuracy Proficient in AS400 Has working knowledge of company products Must be able to communicate effectively with individuals in all areas of the organization Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Must be a strong problem solver Regular punctual attendance is essential Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Previous production planning in a manufacturing environment Travel None/Not Specified Crown is an equal opportunity employer.
