Job Title: HR Manager

Location: Sarasota

Overview:

Our client, a rapidly growing company with offices in Canada and Florida, is seeking an HR Manager. This is a unique opportunity to be the first HR hire, offering significant potential for career advancement.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day HR operations

Manage terminations, documentation, and investigations

Address and resolve employee complaints

Revamp key HR processes, including performance reviews, handbook updates, and onboarding

Requirements

Requirements:

5 years of HR experience

Bachelor’s Degree or SHRM-CP certification

Experience in a white-collar environment is a plus
