Key activities will include: Lead and manage all contractor engagement for the site-support scheduling, billing support, and serve as primary point of contact for any/all service providers in Wixom. Create expense reports for approval and processing. Lead and manage EMG Auto/EV administrative and Inside Sales functions, as assigned, in support of KAM/Sales Leaders in North America (NA). Maintain/develop a variety of reporting (monthly/quarterly) for EMG team using Excel and PowerPoint. Must have high competence in Excel with proficiency using/creating Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS, etc. Plan travel as requested. Maintain SharePoint sites. Lead various monthly company-wide document distributions, as needed. Coordinate monthly meetings. Schedule ad-hoc meetings as requested. Coordinate major offsite/cross-functional meetings. Process approved contracts and documents for signature - manage document workflow into SharePoint/Teams sites. Prepare National Foreign Visitor Forms (ITAR) and support foreign visitors. Order and ship promotional items. Presentation/document support (making changes/updates based on direction from managers). Create and maintain vacation tracking profiles for each team member. Manage office supplies. Prepare shipments for FedEx/UPS, national and international. Open and determine disposition of mail as requested. Prepare materials for trade shows and international trips. Submit IT help desk tickets as requested. Qualifications: Associates degree with at least 3-5 years of experience. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong project management and organizational skills. Detail-oriented and ability to manage multiple projects. Ability to work effectively with others in a team environment. Strong computer skills. Proficient in MS Office, with emphasis in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. This is not a remote position. Position requires to be in the office 5 days a week.
