Summary of This Role Develop and deliver training programs on payroll processing products, processes and technologies for both internal and external customers. Maintain existing training content and systems resulting from analysis of system development, regulatory mandates and/or payroll processes. Provide presentations, demonstrations, advice and consultancy relating to systems and ancillary products. Evaluate to determine if business outcomes have been achieved. Follow up to ensure continuous improvement. Proactively expand existing and build new knowledge. What Part Will You Play? Create Client and Operations content Develop resources, reference material, presentations, and videos for client and staff education to provide ongoing knowledge support Report results and overall assessment of ongoing training activities Collaborate with all business channels on content and knowledge transfer Maintain a growth mindset, embrace continuous learning Provide other training support, administrative and clerical duties as assigned and requested What Are We Looking For in This Role? Minimum Qualifications Payroll experience, minimum of 2 years Training content creation experience; relevant subject matter experience Bachelor's Degree Relevant Experience or Degree in: Additional experience in lieu of degree will be accepted * Bachelor's Degree is not essential Preferred Qualifications Typically minimum 2 years payroll experience and/or experience providing training in the payroll industry Content management, ID, or L&D experience Experience of full training life cycle - analysis, design, delivery, evaluation Proficient in second language CPP certification What Are Our Desired Skills and Capabilities?
