Join Baxter International as a Field Service Associate!
Baxter International is looking for a motivated and reliable person to join our team as a Field Service Associate. In this role, you will help ensure our medical products are ready for use by patients. You will deliver, remove, and service these products at our centers and customer locations. This job involves driving a company vehicle and interacting directly with customers.
Key duties include loading and unloading medical equipment, providing on-call support, and keeping accurate records. You must be able to give clear instructions and presentations to customers and coworkers. You will also be responsible for attending safety meetings, maintaining a clean work environment, and performing minor repairs and maintenance on our products.
To be considered for this position, you need a high school diploma or GED. Experience with medical devices or hands-on mechanical work is a plus but not required. You must have a valid drivers license and be able to get a DOT physical card. Good communication skills, the ability to work independently, and flexibility with your schedule are important.
This full-time job pays $22.50 per hour and includes benefits like medical, dental, vision, and a 401K plan. The work schedule is from Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday, usually from 11:00 am to 7:30 pm. You will need to work some holidays and be available for overtime as needed.
