A Brief Overview
The Treasury Management Operations Representative is responsible for reviewing and verifying Treasury Management paperwork and maintenance. The Representative is also responsible for retrieving, reviewing, and processing reports. The Representative provides phone support for password resets, as well as email support to branches and other department personnel. This position will also process some department billing and invoices.
What you will do
Retrieve, review, and process Treasury Management reports
Identify potential fraud findings in reporting
Contact customers regarding issues found in report findings
Verify and approve submitted maintenance completed by others
Assist with Password reset calls and emails related to Treasury Management paperwork, product, and procedures
Process some department billing and invoices
Verify and import paperwork to Document Imaging
Add statistical requirements to progress spreadsheets for tracking
Monitor team mailbox and review and process paperwork received
Perform other duties and projects as assigned
Understand and comply with all provisions of the Safety in the Workplace policy
Minimum Requirements
- Entry-level job with little or no prior relevant work experience in the function
Preferred Requirements
Previous customer service experience
Spanish language skill
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Good written and verbal communication skills
General banking knowledge
Ability to focus on multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment without degradation to quality of work produced
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Effective problem-solving skills
Willingness to learn new bank systems, products, and programs
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements
Frequently remains stationary throughout a typical business day
Frequently operates a computer and other office machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer
Occasionally moves about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, and other rooms
Occasionally positions self to access drawers and shelves of various heights
Frequently reaches for and handles paperwork and files
Constantly communicates with customers, coworkers, and management in-person and on the phone
Must be able to exchange accurate information
FirstBank does not currently offer fully remote positions, except as required by law. The actual number of in-office days that may be required will vary by business unit, role, and business need.
Salary Range
$20.00 Per Hour to $23.15 Per Hour
