Description We are in search of a Desktop Support Analyst to join our team operating in Lakewood, Colorado. The selected individual will be responsible for managing and configuring Windows Server environments, as well as providing user support and maintaining detailed documentation. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and file services.

• Monitor system performance, identify issues, and troubleshoot to ensure maximum reliability and availability.

• Apply updates and patches to firmware, applications, and operating systems.

• Implement and manage Microsoft Authenticator and other multi-factor authentication solutions to enhance account security.

• Develop and enforce Group Policies to enhance the organization's security posture.

• Conduct regular security assessments, identify vulnerabilities, and implement corrective actions.

• Manage and respond to security incidents, maintaining firewalls and intrusion detection systems.

• Oversee and troubleshoot network infrastructure comprising switches, routers, firewalls, VPN, and wireless networks.

• Implement and configure network security protocols, VLANs, and access controls to maintain data integrity and confidentiality.

• Ensure network scalability and redundancy to maintain business continuity.

• Deploy, develop, and manage Group Policies across the organization to enhance security and streamline configuration management.

• Provide Tier 2/Tier 3 support to end-users for escalated issues related to systems, security, and networking.

• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for systems, processes, and procedures.

• Train users on new technologies and security best practices. Requirements • Possess proficient knowledge in Android Development

• Familiarity with Cisco Technologies is mandatory

• Must have experience in Citrix Technologies

• Strong understanding of Computer Hardware

• Experience with Dell Technologies is a prerequisite

• Proficiency in Active Directory is required

• Ability to handle and troubleshoot Apple Devices

• Knowledge in Backup Technologies is essential
