We are looking for a DEI and HR Project Manager, who will play a critical role in the success of our company-wide DEI and HR strategy by driving key DEI and HR projects that have a direct impact on our organizational success and employee experience. In this role, you will have direct responsibility for managing DEI and various HR related projects and initiatives. You will work under the guidance of the Sr. Director, Diversity, and Inclusion to support the advancement of BC's Balance & Belonging strategy and HR initiatives Detailed Description: You will play a critical role in the implementation and management of companywide Balance and Belonging programs, projects, and initiatives, as well as supporting various HR projects. In this role, you will have direct responsibility for BC's Employee Network Groups and lead diverse projects and initiatives. You will work closely with HR leadership and cross-functional teams to develop project plans, coordinate resources, and ensure successful project outcomes. This position requires a blend of project management expertise, and a understanding of HR functions to drive initiatives that support our organizational goals. The ideal candidate will be an experienced project manager who is highly organized and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. This position has the potential to work virtually and can be filled near any BC office with a preference of Denver, CO or San Diego, CA. What you will do: Manage the implementation and lifecycle of programs and initiatives that supports BC's DEI and HR strategy. Contribute to creating a more diverse and inclusive workplace. Contribute to the success of the DEI and HR strategy by partnering closely with the HR Leadership Team and DEI stakeholders leveraging synergies and ensuring strategy alignment. Develop detailed project plans for DEI and various HR initiatives, ensuring clear objectives, timelines, and deliverables. Collaborate with various teams and stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and support for DEI and HR projects as assigned. Manage and coordinate all activities leading to the successful completion of DEI and various HR related projects including project scoping, timeline, and resources. Develop and maintain project parameters for project requirements This individual partners with communications and change management to promote employee adoption and support BC's purpose. Work in alignment with company-wide communications efforts. Ensure BC Employee Network Groups (ENGs) are aligned with the D&I strategy by serving as advisor to ENGs and providing oversight, administrative and tactical support. Support D&I comms strategy through presentation development to advance awareness of key diversity programs and initiatives and to demonstrate the business impact. Ensure D&I internal site and diversity-related content on our external website is up to date with current messaging. Display effective organization, project management and communication skills, and regularly manage multiple priorities. Desired Skills and Experience: Minimum 3 years of project management, program management, or change management experience required Strong project management skills, with a proven ability to lead complex projects from inception to completion required Experience creating and managing project plans to support effective implementation of programs and initiatives required Experience coordinating events, managing logistics, identifying speakers, and developing agendas/materials required Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is highly regarded, reflecting a commitment to project management excellence. PMP certification pre Prior HR experience preferred Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business, or related degree - preferred Relevant D&I experience includes but not limited to: Interaction with Employee Resource Groups ith an understanding as to how they function Demonstrated experience in the development of D&I related programming and materials Demonstrated knowledge of current best practices and trends in diversity and inclusion, including familiarity with key concepts (e.g., cultural competence, unconscious bias, etc.) Practical experience designing and/or implementing D&I programs preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to multi-task and prioritize working in a fast-paced project environment Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook MS Project skills are a plus Salary Range: The anticipated starting pay range for this position is based on the employee's primary work location and may be more or less depending upon skills, experience, and education. These ranges may be modified in the future. Location A: Salary $94,000- $120,000 Location B: Salary $103,000 -$130,000 Location C: Salary $113,000 -$140,000 You can view which BC location applies to you here.
