Description We are seeking a Receptionist to join our team in Lakewood, California. In this role, you will primarily be tasked with managing our front desk operations, providing customer service support, and performing administrative duties. This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the reception area, ensuring that it is always organized and presentable

• Handle incoming calls through our multi-line phone system, ensuring that all calls are answered promptly and directed to the appropriate personnel

• Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally

• Perform data entry tasks, updating customer records as needed

• Schedule appointments, ensuring that all parties are informed and that conflicts are avoided

• Organize files, maintaining a system that allows for easy retrieval of information

• Handle email correspondence, ensuring that all incoming and outgoing emails are managed effectively

• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word to perform various tasks, such as creating spreadsheets, managing schedules, and drafting documents

• Leverage strong interpersonal skills to interact with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders. Requirements • Proficient in answering multi-line phone system

• Excellent customer service skills

• Ability to perform data entry tasks with accuracy

• Skilled in handling email correspondence professionally

• Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis

• Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook for email and calendar management

• Familiarity with Microsoft Word for document creation and editing

• Organizational skills, particularly for organizing files and documents

• Ability to schedule appointments efficiently and accurately
