Location Description Post Consumer Brands corporate headquarters in Lakeville, Minn. is about 20 miles south of Minneapolis and St. Paul, Lakeville has all the benefits of smaller town living with access to everything a large metropolitan area has to offer. Responsibilities The SaaS Master Data Management (MDM) Tool Administrator is responsible for the effective provisioning, installation, configuration, operation, and maintenance of the cloud-based MDM system. This role ensures that the SaaS MDM tools are running efficiently and securely, supporting the organization's data management and governance initiatives. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities: MDM System Management: Expertise in provisioning, installing, configuring, operating, and maintaining cloud-based MDM systems. Data Quality & Profiling: Proficiency in data profiling, quality analysis, and resolving data quality issues. Architecture Design: Ability to design, develop, and implement MDM architecture. Stakeholder Collaboration: Strong skills in working with stakeholders to configure Match & Merge rules, trust matrix, and data stewardship workflows. Data Management: Experience in managing and editing data for business partners. Compliance & Documentation: Knowledge of data protection regulations and maintaining comprehensive system documentation. Technical Support: Capability to provide on-call support for production issues and assist in system analysis, development, and testing of patches and upgrades. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or other related degrees Experience: 3+ years of technical experience in software development with proficiency in Java, Javascript, data and database design, SQL, XML, XSD, JSON, Linux and Web Services. 3+ years of hands-on experience with a SaaS MDM solution, including configuration, development, architectural design, and integration. Experience with Stibo MDM solution preferred. Proven ability to configure SaaS MDM solutions, including attribute creation, business rule creation, portal development, and workflow creation. In-depth understanding of relational databases (Oracle, DB2, SQL) with the ability to write and review complex operational queries. Solid knowledge of API RESTful services. Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical, and critical thinking skills. Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written. Process management, data management, and taxonomy expertise. Ability to lead and execute on simultaneous projects and drive for results and be able to prioritize projects. Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment across multiple functional groups Experience in Consumer Product Goods company preferred.
