We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Human Resources Coordinator in the south metro area. As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will be involved in a variety of HR tasks that will require your skills in areas such as onboarding, scheduling interviews, and maintaining personnel files. You will be responsible for ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires, coordinating and conducting orientations, and maintaining accurate and compliant employee records.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and maintenance of the new hire onboarding process.

• Conduct new hire orientations.

• Administer recognition programs and ensure accuracy and receipt of awards.

• Guarantee the completion of all necessary paperwork for new employees.

• Manage employee programs and maintain vendor relationships for employee programs.

• Maintain the filing system and employee files.

• Coordinate updates to HR information on within ADP.

• Assist with company-wide HR communications as assigned.

• Provide support for other HR duties as requested.

Requirements

• At least 1-2+ years experience within HR

• Excellent customer service skills

• Experience in using HR software systems

• Experience in conducting new employee orientations is preferred

• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is valued but not required.

• Understanding at a high level of confidentiality and professionalism

• Strong skills within Microsoft Office Suite
