We are looking for a Manager to manage, mentor and elevate our strong service technician team who visit customers’ homes to evaluate and repair merchandise purchased from Conn's. Our service technicians are problem solvers for our customers to provide the most efficient and best overall solution to repair or replace items. You do not need background in appliance repair - you will need to have experience leading a team who is in the field delivering great customer service everyday.
We are looking for this person to be based in Lakeland, FL.
Earliest available start date - September 01, 2024
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3-7 years’ experience working in an managerial capacity (Service repair environment preferred)
Ability to be productive in a fast paced environment with a high level of problem solving skills
Basic to intermediate understanding of Access, Excel, Power Point, Word.
Demonstrated leadership with the ability to drive results while working on multiple tasks simultaneously
Must have business acumen with the ability to analyze reports to make informed business decisions
Must have excellent performance management, communication, and organizational skills
