Job Title: Machine Operator Location: Lakeland, FL Pay: $18.50/hour Hours: 6am-6pm, must be flexible to work any day of the week Duration: Temporary to Possible Hire
JOB DETAILS: Responsible for the setup, operation, and light maintenance of a high-speed folder.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Complete set-up of high-speed fan-folder such as gear changes, timing adjustments, and spiral adjustments.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and rectify machine operating problems.
- Operation of the folder at peak efficiency in order to achieve maximum up-time in line with established production flow.
- Complete production up-time sheet on a per shift basis.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Experience in manufacturing, printing or related field
- General knowledge of machinery maintenance and lockout tagout procedures
- Basic hand tool use
- Understanding of machine safety
- Able to occasionally lift 50 lbs.
