Naval Air Systems Command SUPVERVISORY PROGRAM MANAGER in Lakehurst, New Jersey
Summary You will serve as the SE Department Head, NAWCAD LAKEHURST, SE & ALRE GROUP of NAVAIRWARCENADLKE. Responsibilities You will lead teams and organizations in the development, acquisition, fielding, and sustainment support of Support Equipment logistics managers, or similar systems. You will develop and mentor personnel engaged in the development of Support Equipment. You will plan documents within your organization to coordinate with local policy. You will direct the activities of a staff consisting of assistant managers, project engineers, business managers and/or functionarl specialists for overall project direction of a program Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NM-04 (GS-13) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1. Leading Teams and organizations in the development, acquisition, fielding, and sustainment support of Support Equipment and/or Aircraft Launch and Recovery Equipment, or similar systems. 2. Directing the activities of a staff of assistant managers, project engineers, business managers, and/or functional specialists (who may or may not be under the manager's administrative control) for overall technical/project direction of the program.3. Providing direction, coordination and management of all facets and functions of major technical programs. 4. Planning documents associated with program organization, product development and material acquisition including budgets, schedules, reports, and associated records.
