SPA DESK RECEPTIONIST $20.00 per hr.
Mirror Lake Inn Resort and Spa is seeking a qualified Full Time or Part Time Spa Desk Receptionist to provide professional and engaging wellness experience to our guests. Our mission is to provide polite and friendly service that makes our Inn a memorable experience for everyone. Daily duties include but are not limited to, taking reservations, processing transactions, stocking the hotel gift shop, being responsible for the indoor pool, gym, and spa sanctuaries, salt room and keeping a clean, safe and professional environment for all guests and staff. This can include stocking towels, emptying garbage, fulfilling guests requests, sanitizing equipment etc. To be successful in this role, you should be highly organized, detail orientated, professional, motivated, and enthusiastic. Flexibility in schedule is a must.
Responsibilities: Greeting guests upon their arrival and processing transactions. Answering clients questions about services via phone, email or in person. Suggest and promote retail products or additional services. Responsible for the entire lower level of the Inn, including the indoor pool, gym, salon, spa sanctuaries, and boutique. Ensuring 4 diamond expectations are always met. Acknowledge and respond to relevant customer needs and expectations. Uphold hygiene standards and follow health and safety regulations. Cooperate with and report to administration on any arising issues. Engage with guests. Maintaining Salt Room activities.
Requirements: Experience in retail design and sales will be considered an asset. Excellent knowledge of grammar and speaking the English language. Efficient computer skills and willingness to learn. Communication and customer service skills. Positive and professional attitude. Availability on weekends and holidays. Great physical stamina and ability to lift 20 pounds. Work well in a team setting. Self-motivated and ability to multitask proficiently. Reliable means of transportation. Previous Spa Experience will be considered an asset.
