We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes in a fast-paced family environment. The ideal candidate should have a passion for cooking and be knowledgeable about various culinary techniques. Kitchen management experience preferred but not necessary. Possibility for advancement.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, peeling, and chopping.

• Cook menu items in compliance with the restaurant's recipes and standards.

• Ensure the kitchen area is clean and sanitized at all times.

• Collaborate with the Executive Chef and other team members to coordinate food orders.

• Monitor food stock and place orders when there are shortages.

• Assist in food prep and report to Executive Chef

• Work in an open kitchen environment

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Line Cook or relevant position.

• Knowledge of culinary techniques and fine dining practices.

• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent knife skills and attention to detail.

• Experience in menu planning and food preparation.

• Certification from a culinary school or relevant training is a plus.

• Strong understanding of food safety practices.

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
