Description We are looking to bring on board an Accounts Payable Clerk in Lake Park, Florida. The candidate will be crucial in efficiently managing the accounts payable process in our organization, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all transactions. This role involves handling vendor and subcontractor billings, managing change orders and purchase orders, and maintaining organized documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently handle vendor billings and ensure they are received accurately and on time.

• Assist in revising any incorrect billings from subcontractors and vendors.

• Process subcontractor pay applications and invoices in SAGE, ensuring they align with budgets.

• Take charge in preparing and processing vendor change orders (CO), purchase orders (PO), and purchase order change orders (POCO).

• Compile reports and documents for review with Project Management during Owner Pay Application review and execution.

• Maintain organized and efficient document management in PROCORE.

• Manage and follow up on hard copy documents, ensuring they are filed appropriately. Requirements • Proficient in managing Accounts Payable (AP) operations

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations

• Proven experience in data entry with high accuracy

• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly

• Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

• Capable of working independently as well as part of a team

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred

• Experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
