Robert Half is searching for a motivated and skilled candidate to fill an open Data Entry position with one of our clients in the Lake Oswego area. We are searching for a data-driven individual who pays great attention to detail and is looking to thrive in a dynamic, fast paced environment. You will be expected to have developed intermediate experience in spreadsheets and proficiency in database management.

What you'll be doing:

• Review and remove nonessential data as well as combine data from multiple sources before entering into the system

• Examine reports and sheets of data

• Retain detailed accounts of tasks, files, and progress

• Analyze completed work for duplications or errors in content before submitting the final product

• Seek further information for documents that are considered to be incomplete

• File information into specific fields in a CRM Database

  Requirements

  What you'll bring:

• 1 or more years' experience in a data entry position

• Proven typing accuracy of at least 65 words per minute

• Excellent written/verbal communication, plus top notch organizational skills

• Word, Excel, and customer database systems experience highly valued
