ManpowerGroup Technical Writer in Lake Mary, Florida
Our client is seeking a Technical Writer to join their team. As a Technical Writer, you will be part of the value compliance operations team supporting the end-to-end customer journey blueprints in the value organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Job Title: Technical Writer
Location: Lake Mary, FL (Hybrid in-office Tuesday through Thursday)
What's the Job?
Work directly with SMEs, process owners, and end-users to craft documentation, job aids, SOPs, process guides, and training guides.
Take materials developed by others and extract relevant content for the user community.
Craft original materials as processes are updated and refined.
Develop and maintain approved templates for the documentation.
Create user stories and support the team in developing user stories in Jira for the COP backlog.
What's Needed?
3+ years of technical writing experience in a compliance or regulatory environment.
Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, or related field.
Experience working with SMEs, process owners, and end-users to develop documentation.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
