TEKsystems HYBRID Call Center Representative in Lake Mary, Florida

IMMEDIATE BANKING CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE OPENINGS

HYBRID JOB OPPORTUNITY - 3 DAYS ON SITE, 2 DAYS REMOTE

OPPORTUNITY TO WORK FOR ONE OF THE LARGEST BANKING ORGANIZATIONS IN THE AREA

HOURS: YOU MUST BE FULLY

FLEXIBLE TO WORK AN 8 HOUR SHIFT BETWEEN 8AM-8PM (SCHEDULE ASSIGNED IN ADVANCE)

MONDAY - FRIDAY

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of call center experience or universal banker experience

  • Microsoft Office proficient

  • Ability to manage high volume calls

  • Excellent computer skills

  • Excellent communication skills

Description:

  • Provides quality customer service and support to customers on a daily basis, including phone interaction, problem resolution and account transaction processing in a timely manner.

  • Under direct supervision, performs less complex operational tasks in a product or functional area, including processing, balancing, settling and servicing all types of security transactions.

  • Responds to customer inquiries.

  • Investigates and corrects errors in customer accounts and statements.

  • Responds to customer verbal and/or written inquiries.

  • Records details about customer inquiries.

  • Helps resolve complicated customer complaints.

  • Coordinates and expedites customer inquiries to other departments for resolution. Familiarity with MS Office required.
