Shipping and Receiving Supervisor

Location: Lake Geneva, WI

Pay: $55,000 - $60,000/year

Adecco is hiring a Shipping and Receiving Supervisor for a manufacturing warehouse. This role involves leading daily warehouse operations while working alongside the team to ensure customer orders are fulfilled efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the Shipping and Receiving team: hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.

• Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts and 5S initiatives.

• Coordinate inbound and outbound domestic and international shipments.

• Prepare and verify shipping documents (e.g., bills of lading, shipping notices).

• Operate forklifts and train team members on vehicle operation and safety.

• Troubleshoot shipping issues and optimize logistics processes.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma/GED required; Associate degree preferred.

• 5+ years of manufacturing warehouse experience, including supervisory roles.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP system experience is a plus.

• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred).

Schedule:

• Full-time, day shifts Monday–Friday, with occasional overtime

Pay Details: $25.00 to $28.00 per hour
