About the role:

Responsible for management of technical solution delivery across cross-functional IT teams, which includes managing a team to ensure projects are completed on time and within their specified budgets. IT Project Manager is responsible for creating an execution plan and timeline, identifying roles and responsibilities, securing resources and funding, coordinating production releases and rollouts, managing risks, issues and budget of the project. IT Project Manager serves the role of a liaison between business and technical talent and facilitates delivery across various IT teams including but not limited to applications, infrastructure, security and ITSM.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Leads medium to large size projects primarily focusing on product or enhancement implementations.

  • Manages assigned IT projects to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope of project.

  • Develops, maintains, and revises proposals for assigned projects including project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, timelines, funding, and staffing.

  • Sets and tracks project milestones; manages and accounts for unforeseen delays, then realigns schedules and expectations as needed. Responsible for escalations and leader updates.

  • Establishes and implements project communication plans, providing status updates to affected staff and stakeholders.

  • Collects, analyzes, and summarizes information and trends as needed to prepare project status reports.

  • Adheres and optimizes on the established company tools andprocess.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or 4 – 6 years of related experience OR High School Diploma or GED with 6-8 years of related experience.

The compensation range for this role is (based on the corporate location in Lake Forest, Illinois):

$100,158.00 - $186,008.00 per year

The final salary offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for commission.
