Job Title: PCB Assembler- $21-23/hr-- (Immediate Start)
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled PCB Assembler to join our team. Our company is a full-service contract electronics manufacturer offering a wide range of electronic manufacturing services, including Surface Mount Technology (SMT), Through-Hole Technology (THT), Wire and Cable Harness Assembly, Electromechanical Assembly, Box Build Assembly, and Functional Testing. Our services cater to industries such as aerospace, defense, medical electronics, and industrial power.
Responsibilities
Manually solder components in a printed circuit board assembly environment.
Complete all paperwork associated with assembly orders.
Follow all company operating procedures and quality standards.
Perform surface-mount and through-hole soldering on printed circuit boards.
Trim, clip, and tin wires and leads.
Adhere plastic components and pot/seal completed work.
Properly label finished products.
Essential Skills
Experience in component-level soldering.
Proficiency in surface-mount and through-hole soldering techniques.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
Knowledge of IPC standards.
Familiarity with ITAR regulations.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in electronic assembly and repair.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Work Environment
Our manufacturing facility is very clean and well-maintained. We offer two shifts: 1st shift from 7am to 3:30pm and 2nd shift from 3pm to 11:30pm. Our team adheres to strict quality standards and operating procedures to ensure the best outcomes for our clients.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lake Forest, California.
