Adecco is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team and play a critical role in supporting our manufacturing operations. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining tools and equipment, planning and performing preventative maintenance, repairing machinery, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives by fabricating custom tools. Work Hours: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM, Monday to Friday

Pay Rate: $27.34 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute the maintenance and repair of tools and equipment used in manufacturing.

• Perform preventative maintenance to ensure the reliability and longevity of equipment.

• Fabricate custom tools to support improvements and changes in the manufacturing process.

• Maintain and organize a small workshop equipped with hand and power tools for repair and fabrication tasks.

• Collaborate with a diverse team in a supportive work environment to sustain current manufacturing processes and support new product introductions.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Minimum of 6 years of experience, preferably in manufacturing or a similar industry.

• Strong computer skills with the ability to effectively manage maintenance records and schedules.

Pay Details: $27.34 per hour
