STARTING SALARY: $31,200.00- $51,568.22 | | | | The City of Lake City is accepting applications for the position of | | Airport Lineman at the Lake City Gateway Airport. | | | | - This position requires routine work in fueling and parking | | aircraft and other related airport duties as directed. | | | | | | Ideal candidate will have: | | | | - Knowledge of the techniques and procedures of fueling and parking | | aircraft and general knowledge of safety practices. | | - Must have the ability to follow written and verbal instructions | | and perform manual labor. | | - Must have the ability to calculate and measure and operate | | mid-size fueling equipment. | | | | | | Minimum Qualifications: | | | | - Applicant must have a high school diploma or general education | | diploma (GED) | | - One (1) year fuel line experience. | | - Possess a Class B Commercial Florida Driver's License or have | | the ability to obtain. | | - Applicant must have a valid Florida driver's license, the | | employee must have a valid driver's license to drivetheir | | personal or a company vehicle as required by the employer to | | various worksite locations. | | - Will be required to pass a background check, pre-employment | | physical and drug screen. | | | | The City of Lake Cityprovides equal employment opportunities | | (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard | | to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or | | genetics.
