The Labor Systems team provides holistic system strategy, optimization, and support for all labor and workforce management systems across domestic sites.

You Will…

  • Follow and influence best practices for software development methodologies and testing procedures

  • Provide rapid and accurate results for clients

  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of IT technologies and developments. This may involve attending seminars, training events and reading relevant journals and technical documentation. Maintain a good working knowledge of data integrations technologies curently in use

  • Lead ‘best practice’ initiatives in support of continuous improvement

  • Provide high-level estimation based on initial requirements

  • Break large complex problems into small and testable tasks

  • Understand, recommend, and support robust reporting and analytic architectures

  • Create sustainable solutions that require the minimum of resources to maintain

  • Develop unique, simple solutions to meet the immediate and long-term needs of information customers and stakeholders

  • Collect, process, and analyze large data sets

  • Perform ad hoc analysis as necessary

  • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced environment

  • Participate in an on-call rotation and cross functional sustainment duties with the team

You Own This If You Have…

  • 4 or more years of experience with at least one primary language (C#, VB.net, JavaScript, Python)

  • 4 or more years of experience with working with data technologies (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL)

  • Strong written, oral communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to think strategically, analyze data

  • Strong work ethics with great attention to detail and quest for quality

  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle multiple priorities, and perform job responsibilities in a fast-paced environment accurately and with minimal supervision

  • Ability to handle confidential information

  • Resolve conflicts effectively

  • Proactive, self-motivating, autonomous, takes initiative to drive results despite uncertainty

Preferred Qualification

  • Knowledge of .Net languages (C#, VB.net)

  • Experience with Workday or SAP

  • Demonstrated experience of Visual Studio or similar IDE

  • Experience with Web UI development

Required Education

Bachelor’s degree in computer science related field or equivalent experience.

The hiring range for this position in California is $102,000.00 - $136,700.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered
