Job Description

We are looking for a diligent and enthusiastic Junior Data Analytics Analyst to join our thriving team. In this role, you will build impactful Power BI dashboards and apply SQL to extract and analyze data. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain interactive and visually compelling Power BI dashboards to present key business insights.

• Write SQL queries to retrieve, manipulate, and analyze data from relational databases.

• Collaborate with partners and team members to understand business needs and translate them into actionable data solutions.

• Assist in cleaning, transforming, and validating data to ensure accuracy and reliability.

• Support ad-hoc data analysis and reporting requests from various teams.

• Document processes, workflows, and methodologies to ensure scalability and reproducibility.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Power BI, including DAX and data modeling.

• Proficient in SQL for querying and data manipulation.

• Basic knowledge of data visualization principles and standard methodologies.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical data and insights in a clear, understandable manner to collaborators, encouraging collaboration and informed decision-making.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with other data visualization tools (e.g., Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).

• Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis.

• Familiarity with ETL processes or data transformation tools.

• Understanding of data warehousing concepts.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in data science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
