Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and thorough Contract Management Specialist to join our company. You will lead all aspects of the entire contract lifecycle, from initial creation to final execution. Your role will involve collaborating with internal customers, providing training and support, ensuring compliance, and mitigating risks. The ideal candidate will need to possess strong analytical skills, superb communication, and ability to work in a high-velocity environment to accurately support the organization to achieve the desired results.

What will you do?

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for the contract management process to maintain the contract repository with accurate information and serve as the point of contact for queries related to agreements maintained.

  • Ensure the contract information is accurate and complete by verifying and validating all documents and details are included.

  • Investigate or correct any identified errors or discrepancies in the CLM system and coordinate for resolution.

  • Manage all the associated reporting and dashboards with active, draft, expired agreements and renewals at risk, etc.

  • Contribute towards optimizing and identifying process improvement opportunities, as well as system enhancements, by driving and achieving efficiencies.

  • Support Procurement team members with any help needed related to contract uploading into our CLM solution and maintain adequate metadata in this system.

  • Act as an administrator of the contract system including handling user accounts, providing end-user support, and solving issues with the contract solution vendor.

  • Build and maintain user guides and training materials related to the contract process and system for Global Procurement use.

  • Deliver training on contract system/tools to Procurement resources as needed.

How will you get here?

Education and Experience

  • Proven working experience in a procurement related role.

  • 2+ years of experience in data management and analysis or contract management.

  • Experience with data collection and coordinating efforts between multiple groups.

  • Degree in business administration, data management, or related field.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • High English language proficiency (Written and verbal).

  • Knowledge in project management, category management and sourcing.

  • High analytical with solid attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to gather, interpret and analyze data.

  • Clear communicator and teammate who maintains a high level of professionalism with internal and external customers.

  • Creative problem solver who looks for ways to improve processes.

  • Be open and flexible to adopt changes.

  • Self-starter that performs well under pressure.

  • Very organized and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Work well in a team setting and able to work without close supervision.

  • Independent worker with the ability to track and manage own deadlines.

  • Prior experience in using CLM tools (e.g. Ariba, Malbek, etc.).

  • Experience in handling contractual documents, forms, and administrative paperwork, sourcing knowledge preferred.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Outlook.
