Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Accounting Assistant/Office Manager in LaGrange, Kentucky. This role involves various administrative and accounting tasks within an industry that demands high attention to detail and efficient organization. The selected candidate will be tasked with maintaining customer records, processing orders, and assisting with internal coordination.

Responsibilities:

• Managing and processing customer orders effectively

• Generating invoices and delivery tickets as required

• Serving as a liaison between customers and internal teams, facilitating efficient communication

• Assisting with dispatch operations as needed

• Providing support to other employees, promoting a collaborative work environment

• Ensuring all customer credit records are accurate and up-to-date

• Assisting in light collections activities and data entry tasks

• Processing new customer accounts, ensuring all necessary information is collected and recorded

• Conducting general office tasks such as filing, emailing, and scanning

• Maintaining a high level of attention to detail in all tasks. Requirements

• Proficient in Account Reconciliation

• Experienced in Accounts Payable (AP) management

• Skilled in handling Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Well-versed in Billing procedures

• Capable of performing Data Entry tasks accurately

• Proficient in Invoice Processing

• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel

• Experience in using QuickBooks
