Molding Line Supervisor is needed in LaGrange, Georgia [Multiple Openings Available]
Supervise overall molding and die making activities for manufacturing automotive parts, such as dash complete, radiator center panel, package tray side, wheel house inner completer, and cowl cross. Supervise subordinate employees in installation, operations, repairs, and maintenance of molding and die equipment. Oversee and evaluate employees work performance to assign proper work orders for achieving production goals. Instruct workers and recommend modification and improvement in production procedures to improve productivity and efficiency. Inspect work areas and examine production equipment and machines to prevent and/or detect unsafe conditions.
