GULF COAST TEACHING FAMILY SERVICES INC Program Director in Lafayette, Louisiana
This person will be responsible for managing the NOW (PCA/SIL), PCS, VA and Private Pay Programs. This position is also responsible for the fiscal and operational management of the Personal Care Attendants and Supervised Independent Living Programs. The Director will contribute to the Organization's mission through demonstrated skills in program management and operations, budget development and accountability, personnel management, client advocacy, and public relations. The Program Director will be on-call 24 hrs.
Necessary professional skills include, but are not limited to, interpersonal and team relationship development, decision-making, initiative, dependability, strong organizational skills, Microsoft Office/Excel/database skills, and the ability to prioritize work and meet multiple deadlines. A Bachelor's Degree in a human service field plus two years management experience is necessary. Must have Louisiana approved driver's license, reliable transportation, car insurance, car inspection, and car registration. Must be able to pass a motor vehicle and background check. EEOC.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.50 per hour
