Job Title: Mold PM Technician

Seeking experience Mold Technicians to be apart of our team!

Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain molds, tooling, fixtures, and other components

• Read and follow safety rules and maintenance instructions

• Troubleshoot and repair minor mold issues to meet production requirements

• Address injection mold process issues (temperature control, mechanical, hydraulic)

• Operate overhead cranes, forklifts, and rigging equipment

Essential Skills:

• Experience with injection press and molds in plastics or rubber

• Experience with robots (Star, Motoman - 6 axis)

• Proficiency in startups and changeovers

• Ability to set mold conditions

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Troubleshooting, mechanical issues, and changeover processes

• Experience with injection molding, blow molding, and plastic injection molding

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $43680.00 - $59280.00
