We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Engineer to join our team. The role involves onsite data collection and study, execution of assigned tasks, and project-related communication. The ideal candidate will support various projects including MHE battery conversion, shiploose area redesign, walk path updates, and ergonomic improvements.
Responsibilities
Collect and study onsite data.
Execute assigned tasks effectively.
Communicate project-related information clearly.
Support MHE battery conversion by updating layouts, documenting changes, purchasing equipment, and training associates.
Redesign shiploose (kitting) area by updating layouts and optimizing material flow.
Update walk paths with guarding and gate installation by defining walk paths and supporting safety approvals.
Review current processes in the kitting area, identify areas for improvement, develop solutions, and support implementation.
Support capital purchase execution.

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Work Environment
This position is onsite in Lafayette, IL. The role involves working closely with various teams and using client-provided data to train associates. The work environment includes updating layouts, optimizing material flow, and supporting safety and ergonomic improvements.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00
