What You’ll Do:
In this role, you’ll combine strategic leadership with hands-on management to drive excellence in hospice care. Key responsibilities include:
Operational Leadership: Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and excellence in care delivery. Oversee staffing levels, resource allocation, and patient service standards.
Team Empowerment: Build and inspire high-performing teams by fostering collaboration, providing mentorship, and ensuring professional development opportunities.
Compliance Oversight: Ensure all services adhere to Medicare, Medicaid, and other regulatory guidelines while maintaining a strong focus on patient safety and satisfaction.
Financial Stewardship: Drive operational and financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource optimization to meet organizational goals.
Quality Assurance: Continuously evaluate care processes, addressing deficiencies and identifying opportunities for improvement to maintain top-tier care standards.
Strategic Growth: Partner with leadership to expand services, enhance patient outreach, and strengthen the branch’s reputation for excellence in hospice care.
Patient Advocacy: Serve as a key problem-solver for patient concerns, ensuring every client receives compassionate, quality care.
What Sets You Apart:
To excel in this position, you bring:
Clinical Expertise: A current and unrestricted RN license with 5+ years of hospice care experience.
Leadership Skills: A proven track record of leading teams in hospice or home health care settings, with a focus on collaboration and results.
Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth understanding of compliance and reimbursement policies for Medicare, Medicaid, and third-party payers.
Financial Acumen: Experience managing budgets, reviewing utilization, and driving operational efficiency.
Technological Proficiency: Familiarity with systems like Microsoft Office Suite and Homecare HomeBase (preferred).
Educational Foundation: A Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (preferred).
