A Day in the Life

Senior Program Manager leading U.S. Surgical Solution Delivery will design and deliver commercialization and conversion approaches that reflect an integrated and comprehensive Medtronic Surgical portfolio. He/she will set and drive a best-in-class conversion and delivery model that serves the US Surgical portfolio across the conversion continuum (pre, during, post) that maximizes efficiency, optimizes resources, aligns with expected customer outcomes and positions for expansion. He/she will oversee the operational aspects of ongoing conversion projects and serves as liaison between all cross-functional and commercial teams while reporting to the Director, US Surgical Commercial Operations and Business Analytics.

• Manages the development and implementation process of products and services involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products and technologies.

• Establishes and leads conversion and implementation requirements that align with the Surgical OnTrack implementation model.

• Creates and oversees the measurables, metrics, and milestones of projects and provides organizational visibility to that performance that is consistent and predictable.

• Assesses project challenges and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client- satisfaction goals and objectives.

• Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and advises intervention and problem solving with internal and external stakeholders when applicable.

• Develop and monitor schedules, plans, tasks, and priorities that inform efficiency and effectiveness and inform process change when needed.

• Drives alignment with stakeholders that results in explicit and clear project objectives and outcomes.

• Must have notable ability to communicate to all levels of management; both written and verbal.

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

• Bachelors degree

• Minimum of 5 years of Program Management experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years of Program Management experience

Nice to Have

• Track record leading people directly or directly to drive results, organizational efficiency, and influencechange.

• Strong experience effectively and efficiently working across a matrixed organization and between teams.

• Exceptional written and verbal skills that contribute to influencing clear expectations, responsibilities, and objectives in complex situations.

• Influence management skills: experience working collaboratively at all levels in matrix environment to build and maintain the positive relationships required to accomplish organizational goals.

• Experience in solution delivery or implementation Project Management or commercial new product delivery.

• Competency in Microsoft Office Suite (Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

• Knowledge in medical device/technology sales, project management, product commercialization, and solution implementation.

• Track recorddriving alignment, decisions,resolutions in high stakes situations

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$143,200.00 - $214,800.00

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).

The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
