Description We are offering an opportunity for a Tax Sr. - Corporate role, located in our Ladera Ranch, California office. This role is in the telecom provider industry and will involve preparing and filing the company’s state and federal tax documents, developing solutions for potential tax issues, and staying updated on new developments in tax legislation. The job function will be on-site in our office.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and file federal and state tax returns accurately and in a timely manner

• Assist in the development of tax strategies to ensure the company is tax-compliant

• Identify potential tax problems and develop effective solutions

• Complete responses and schedules in preparation for income tax audits

• Monitor and review new developments in tax legislation

• Review and verify tax returns

• Manage multiple projects efficiently

• Perform other related duties as necessary or assigned

• Utilize accounting software systems and enterprise resource planning tools

• Ensure compliance with corporate income tax rules and regulations

• Conduct auditing and budget processes effectively

• Monitor cash activity and manage accounting functions Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services

• Comprehensive understanding of CapEx

• Experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning

• Ability to navigate ERP Solutions

• Solid knowledge of Accounting Functions

• Proven experience in Auditing

• Proficient in Budget Processes

• Capability to manage Cash Activity

• Strong understanding of Compliance

• Experience in Corporate Income Tax
