What you’ll do as a Cell Tower Technician:
You will be responsible for installing state of the art products to customers by exceeding the customer’s expectations.
Ensure highest level of safety and quality control requirements are upheld
Installing and upgrading antennas
Electronic testing of equipment to inspect the tower’s operation
Identifying problems and performing maintenance of network equipment
Installation and servicing of wireless equipment in the field
Instruct and follow of all OSHA and Company Fall Safety procedures
Safely working in ALL environments
Show up on time every day, ready to rock and roll
Basic use of hand tools and equipment
Able to identify hazards associated with the construction industry
Work closely with your team and follow instructions
What you’ll need
To be 18 years of age or older
Authorization to work in the United States for this company
Valid Drivers License
Additional qualifications
Minimum of 1 year prior experience in construction, cable, telecommunications or related industries; desired but not required.
Ability to travel - required
Ability to work weekends as needed
Able to perform the physical tasks required in this position for the entire assigned shift.
Maintain safe working habits/conditions according to all regulations and policies
Ability to communicate effectively with customers, employees, etc. in the accomplishments of North Sky’s goals
Physical abilities & exposures
Routinely: climb, stoop, push, pull, bend, reach, lift , stand
Occasionally: sit
Candidate must be able to climb towers at heights of up to 300\" or more.
Able to lift up to 75lbs
Salary Range $ 25.00- $30.00 an hour
