KPFF Consulting Engineers Land Survey Instrument Person - 3050 in Lacey, Washington
KPFF Lacey is looking for a motivated entry level surveyor. We are accepting applications to fill positions immediately. Applications should include a resume and cover letter. JOB DESCRIPTION The position entails field work and minimal office work. Job duties include field topographic, boundary, right-of-way and construction surveying, and supporting office staff. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 1 year experience in the land surveying field
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid Driver License
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
- Carlson Survey software, Topcon robotics and AutoCAD experience desired
SKILLS
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to work outside in inclement weather as needed.
- Ability to carry Survey equipment, tools, and other necessary items in the field.
- Willingness to work on a variety of project types.
- Ability to shift between different project types easily.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.
- Time management to ensure commitments and schedules are met.
