Your main tasks and responsibilities:
Reviews customerrequests,contracts andpurchaseordersand negotiatesmutuallyagreeableterms and conditionsfor commercial contractswith customers.
Responsiblefor administrationofthe“ten goldenrules”regardingSulzercontracts.
Creates andmaintains contractfiles and contracts database;
Negotiates,maintains andrenews customerlegalcontracts,master agreements, and alliance agreements.
Conductsrisk assessmentfor commercial contracts
To succeed in this role, you will need:
J.D.or equivalentfrom accreditedUSlaw school. US license preferred.
Atleast 5 yearsofexperiencein corporate contractreview and administration.
Must be fluent in English and Spanish; oral, written, read. Portuguese knowledge also a plus
Effectivenessininterpersonalrelations demonstratingdiplomacy, cooperation, andmaturityinrespondingto questions andresolving problems/issuesthat arise.
Professionalism and objectivitywhen dealingwith coworkers and customersareessential characteristics.
