Description We are on the lookout for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team in La Mirada, California. The CFO will be a key player in our team, overseeing all financial operations, guiding the company's growth, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. This role is crucial in maintaining the overall financial health of our business.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies that support business objectives, including growth and cost-efficiency plans

• Manage the budgeting process, provide financial forecasts, and analyze variances

• Oversee the production of accurate and timely financial reports, which include income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements

• Implement risk management strategies, including internal controls, audits, and regulatory compliance

• Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure liquidity to support operations

• Analyze and control manufacturing costs, margins, and inventory

• Handle relationships with banks, investors, and other financial institutions for loans and funding

• Ensure all tax filings and financial compliance are accurate and timely

• Provide guidance and leadership to the finance team, including mentoring and training

• Improve and streamline financial processes and systems for better efficiency. Requirements • Must hold a minimum of 7 years of experience in a senior finance role

• Demonstrated proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is required

• Proficient in various accounting functions

• Must have experience in auditing processes

• Strong understanding of budget processes

• Proven experience in capital management is necessary

• Must possess skills in cash flow analysis
