LEWIS BOLT & NUT Assistant Operations Manager in LA JUNTA, Colorado
POSITION: Assistant Operations Manager
DUTIES: Collaborate with the Operations Manager to plan and implement operational strategies, goals, and procedures. Lead the day-to-day operations of the factory floor. Monitor operational performance and recommend improvements as needed. Coordinate with different departments to streamline operations and enhance productivity. Supervise staff, providing guidance, training, and support as necessary. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations. Handle employee issues and concerns promptly and professionally. Contribute to the development of operational systems and efficiencies.
REQUIREMENTS: Proven experience in operations management or a similar role. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of industrial equipment and the manufacturing process a plus.

WAGE: $75,000 - $125,000 per year
